Attention: In order to compile these programs, the table package and the matrix package must also be retrieved. The table package also contains some auxiliary programs for preprocessing the data files.

Description

Programs to learn a vector quantization (a precursor of self-organizing maps) and to execute it for new data.

Note that these programs will eventually be superseded by extended clustering programs, which already contain a learning vector quantization mode.
