A program to analyze parallel neuronal spike trains for assembly activity with the help of different statistics. A p-value is obtained by creating surrogate data, either by trial shuffling, spike time shuffling, or activity corrected spike time shuffling. The program expects the input file to be in a simple two column format, with the first column holding the neuron id or a trial start or end marker (0: start, -1: end) and the second column stating the spike time.
Call the program with no arguments to see a list of options.
