Attention: In order to compile these programs the table package, the matrix package, and the cluster package must also be retrieved. The table package also contains some auxiliary programs for preprocessing the data files.

Description

Programs to train a radial basis function network and to execute it on new data. The network may be initialized with the result of the probabilistic and fuzzy clustering programs of the cluster package.
